Biking Courses – Biking Child’s play?
Unfortunately, there are still many people who can not say that. It is usually the case that these people have never had the opportunity to learn how to ride a bike. In cooperation with trained bike trainers, Sicheres Vorarlberg offers beginners’ bike courses. The participants learn the first steps of cycling in a safe environment.
Seniors – The bike under control
The bicycle is an attractive and healthy means of transportation at any age. As part of the Vorarlberg Cycling-School, special modules are offered which aim to improve the skill and balance in dealing with your own bike. Using various exercises for braking, steering, cornering, and shifting, the participants can improve their driving technique. Bike check and helmet settings are further components of these modules.

The following municipalities are offering a cycling course for women in 2019 in cooperation with Vorarlberg Mobil and Sicheres Vorarlberg.
